Meats
The finest hand cured and traditional cooked meats.
Whether it’s boiled, roast or smoked ham – we use only the finest locally sourced legs of pork to produce our award winning hams.
We hand cure the pork using traditional arterial injection methods over five days to ensure that all the great taste is released into the ham. We then de-bone and cook the hams using our steaming, roasting or smoking methods to bring out all those great flavours and tastes.
Our succulent roast turkey is de-boned and slow roasted in the traditional way to bring you the finest pre-sliced turkey breast meat.
All our hams, turkey and speciality meats come freshly prepared, pre-sliced and packed to lock in all the freshness and great taste for up to 28 days.
