We are one of only a few remaining true Artisan producers of Hand-Crafted Meats in the UK.
Our small team of Master Craftsman have over 200 years of experience between them, all highly skilled in our traditional methods that date back to the 1920s.
We source all our meats from small local farms which supports sustainable landscapes.
